Rick Allen Plays on Lauren Monroe’s New Single
Rick Allen’s wife Lauren Monroe has recently released her new single “GIVE”. Produced by Rick Allen and Preston Pope, this groove worthy track features soulful vocals by Monroe and Moon Calhoun with Honky Tonk piano by Bruce Hornsby Keyboardist “JT” John Thomas. Reminiscent of a 70’s marriage of Billy Preston, Janis Joplin, and Little Feat, this song delivers funky guitar lines by Preston Pope and Mark Hayes and a rhythm section second to none with David Chamberlain on bass, Rick Allen on drums, and Forrest Robinson on percussion.
Rick says that he loves the song and is very proud of his wife and her talent. He asks that you check it out when you have a chance!

DEF LEPPARD have announced they will return to the road this summer for an extensive tour across North America due to overwhelming demand. The Live Nation promoted outing will storm through 55 cities across all parts of the U.S. and Canada. It is set to kick off on May 1st in Orlando, FL and wrap on October 10th in Cedar Rapids, IA. Joining Def Leppard on their mighty summer outing are REO Speedwagon and TESLA. Tickets will go on sale starting on March 4th at Livenation.com.
